Mr. Mitsui started his journey in real estate and property management from 2003, including experience on the board that self-managed 998 condominium units. He has invested his own money into multifamily buildings since 2013 and co-founded property management CWI Columbia Properties and Wealth Realty brokerage in 2019. Over the years both companies grew into successful multifamily property management companies and brokerage, with over $40 million in current assets under management.
WIth a B.Sc in Engineering (1984) and PhD in Chemistry (1994) as well as past experience in finance and banking industry including TD, CIBC and BMO for over 10 years as consultant, Mr. Mitsui is focusing on value-add and property improvement for communities at large with better building, better living principles. He is licensed rental property manager in BC and received a certificate from Harvard Business School for completion of Sustainable Business Strategy program (2020).
He is a long time REIN (Real Estate Investment Network) member and has won the REIN silver and bronze pin awards for apartment building since 2018. He is currently on the board for Philippines Canada Trade Council in Vancouver helping and mentoring others succeed in their real estate ventures.

With a MA degree in economics, Mr. Zhang started his entrepreneurial journey in 2003 when he co-founded Suzhou Inoac Polymer Co. based on his past management experience in the automotive manufacturing industry in Canada, Japan and China. In 2007 he founded Jianyue Educational Consultant Co., Ltd. Both the companies developed into multi-million dollar companies with branches in multiple cities.
In 2019, Mr. Zhang co-founded CWI Columbia Properties Inc. after purchasing and managing several multi-family buildings in the Great Vancouver Area with Mr. Mitsui. Mr. Zhang is responsible for property acquisition and day-to-day operations, overseeing tenant management and on-site operation as well as property improvements. The company is focusing on value-add and property improvement. Mr. Zhang is a long time REIN (Real Estate Investment Network) member.
